2025-2026 Registration Process
Starting April 21st...
We are ready to get you registered to attend Frias Elementary School next school year. It's as easy as 1-2-3. Please follow the steps below to register your child(ren) for school. All students, returning or new to CCSD, must be registered for the following school year. If you need additional information regarding registration please email 0340-inbox@nv.ccsd.net or call 702-799-2298. For interest in our General Education PreK programs, please complete the following survey.

For all students who attend Frias for the 2025-2026 school year, you will need to submit the following documents using the Google Form below (yellow button), emailed to 0340-inbox@nv.ccsd.net, faxed to 702-799-6859, or brought to the main office between 7:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday to complete your registration).

Lease agreement, sales contract, NV Energy bill, Southwest Gas bill or Las Vegas Valley Water District bill

Parent/guardian driver’s license/identification
For all students new to Frias (including incoming Kindergartners*), you will need to have the items above AND your child's birth certificate/passport and child's immunization records (this will need to be uploaded using the Google Form below, emailed to 0340-inbox@nv.ccsd.net, faxed to 702-799-6859, or brought to the main office between 7:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday to complete your registration). *Incoming Kindergarteners must be 5 by August 1st this year.
For proof of your child's identity, please bring ONE of the following. Photocopies will be accepted.:

For proof of immunizations, you must have records indicating that your child has had, or at least started, this series of immunizations:

5 DPT shots *

4 Polio shots *

2 MMR shots

2 Hepatitis A shots
-
3 Hepatitis B shots
-
2 Chickenpox (Varicella) shots or doctor's note with date that your child contracted Chickenpox.
* Note: One dose of DPT and polio must be on or after the child's fourth birthday.
Classroom assignment letters, supply lists, and school-wide information will be sent at the end of July for those student's who are fully registered.
